Situated only ten minutes drive from Barnstaple and twenty minutes from the coast, Lower Hearson provides an ideal base from which to explore the many delights of North Devon, including Lynton and Lynmouth, Clovelly, The Tarka Trail, Rosemoor and Marwood gardens, The Cobbaton Combat Collection and the nearest beaches of Saunton Sands and Croyde.
Our four holiday cottages are surrounded by two acres of gardens, making this a very safe place for children.

All cottages are furnished and equipped to a high standard with colour TV, fridge freezer, microwave, electric cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer and duvets on all beds. (Beds will be made up for your arrival).
Cots and high chairs are freely available on request.
